• Founding designer turned design lead for an agentic developer platform — an autonomous coding agent you could tag from GitHub, Slack, and the tools you already work in.
• Owned product design end to end: the agent-trace experience, app shell and information architecture, the integrations ecosystem, settings and admin, analytics, and billing.
• Built and maintained a Tailwind-based design system, keeping the brand and product UI in one visual language.
• Led creative direction and a ~$500K marketing campaign across out-of-home and paid digital.
• Built the design team to three designers and a copywriter; worked alongside ~12 engineers.

Director of Product & Design — First Employee

• First employee; led all software design and engineering for two years, owning the brand, the reader-facing site, and the editorial CMS end to end.
• Led a ground-up rebrand and grew the styleguide into a real system — guidelines, templating, quality control, and a quick-turn production setup.
• Designed and built BlockBeat, a programmatically generated, data-driven email — brand, newsletter design, production, engineering, and data scraping.
• Recruited, hired, and managed a team of two designers, two software engineers, and a data engineer.
